A lovely refitted and refurbished detached house on two levels tastefully furnished and decorated. Regatta Rooms is an ideal base for Sailing Events and is available for all key Regattas. Very popular with racing crews and corporate guests, so early booking is advised. Good quality linen and towels are provided and all beds are from quality providers.

With a rich aviation and maritime heritage, the riverside village of Hamble-le-Rice is located just 7 miles (11 km) to the east of the cosmopolitan city of Southampton, and 10 miles (16 km) from Southampton Airport.
Boasting no less than three world class marinas along the banks of the River Hamble, in addition to numerous sailing and yacht clubs, the area remains one of the most recognised yachting centres along the south coast of England.
