The open plan ground floor consists of a lounge area with full sized futon/ sofa bed, TV & chair and a kitchen area with cooker, washing machine & fridge & a small table and chairs for dining or computer work. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom, newly fitted bathroom with over-bath shower & airing cupboard. There is an area to the side where the washing line is located and there is an allocated parking space. Ideal for a couple on a weeks break or for a single professional working away.

Well situated in the centre of the village midway between the east and west ends of the village and is a short walking distance to the Village Centre with all its amenities, pubs, restaurants, and yacht clubs
